For you young gals, I say boogy on! But for my age, I would be a little uncomfortable trying to go hairy. I have been fighting hair in certain places for too many years to stop now.

Lisa,

The sad thing is that men don’t expect it, at least not the ones I’ve dated and I date some pretty amazing high powered men. I think waxing, like most of the things like that that women do are for each other… or to prove something to other woman. It’s sad. Trim or shave but screw the waxing…why would you do anything that hurts that much just to please someone else.

Women, it’s time we took our lives, our bodies, and our self esteem back… age gracefully, be who we are, and remember that other woman really don’t care what you look like… and if they do, that’s there problem.

Be Boldly You!

First of all – Glad to have found you!!
I am singing Hallelujah right now after reading this post.

Brazillians and the shame for not getting one has gotten ridiculous. Groom, wax some, but really do I have to look like I did at 5 yrs old? And as my hubby said to me, “I prefer adult women, not children” Yea, I love him!

I noticed while on the beach in Jamaica that women always hiding their bodies were the American’s and the Canadians. The chubby gals from South America wore that bikini proudly. (ok so did their chubby men in teeny tiny suits…ick)
If an American woman ate bread at lunch she was putting on a burka!
